All sales are final! If you have an issue with your order, you must contact me within 48 hrs of receiving it. I DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please remember this before ordering.

Current turn around time for shirt orders is 5-15 business days. The turn around does not start until the Monday after you place your order. Shirt orders go in Saturday nights. This does not include boutique preorders. Each preorder states the turn around time.

‭If you are ordering shirts, please allow 7-14 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 7-14 business days to let you‬
know your order is on the way!‬

The turn around time is the amount of days I have before it leaves my hands.

LOST PACKAGES-
If a package gets lost in transit, please reach out to me. I will file a claim with USPS and go from there. I will not file a claim until it is 15 days from the drop off date. Please contact me at glitteranddirtmamadesigns@gmail.com

‭ Orders can be picked up daily, from 8am-8pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for‬ pickup.
