Current turn around time for shirt orders is 7-14 business days. This does not include boutique preorders. Each preorder states the turn around time.
CHRISTMAS AND HOLIDAY INFO: To receive any shirt orders by Christmas, the cutoff date to order is December 8th. We will be closed December 20th-Jan 1st. You can still place orders BUT those days will not be included in turn around time.

You can choose any word that you would like. It can be aunt, mimi, mama, dad, etc. Also, let me know if you want names underneath the word.
PLEASE provide 2 pictures to each letter. It is not guaranteed that I will use all the pictures. It just depends how they fit in the letter frame. ALL PICTURES WILL BE CHANGED TO BLACK & WHITE UNLESS YOU ASK ME TO KEEP THEM COLOR

-Each style of shirt will have different colors available so be sure to check the color charts and put exactly what color you want!
SHIRT INFORMATION:
-All shirts, sweatshirt, and hoodies are unisex sizes. -No shirts will be the exact same due to the handmade process of making the shirt. Please note these are unique and handmade! -All items are professionally pressed with sublimation ink or DTF prints.
Disclaimer: Please note that due to differences on individual computer settings, as well as contrast and brightness it will be impossible that the colors you see on the screen will match exactly on the item. Buyer agrees to the possibility of may be some slight color difference on the design.
No returns. If there is a problem with your order once you receive it, please email me and we can discuss it.
Once your order is with USPS, you will need to contact USPS regarding your order. If your item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them.
